Through years of experimentation, after her graduation at the University of Cape Town’s renowned Michaelis’ School of Fine Art, she has discovered a lyrical pas de deux between her artist’s soul-seeking expression of stirring emotion and experience in mixed media by pouring, moving, observing and obeying the chemistry, gently guiding where gravity and perfect timing are paramount.

In her sunny studio in Summerstrand, Port Elizabeth, a stone’s throw from the Indian Ocean, she continually encounters that creative risk-taking oftentimes produces the most beautiful surprises.
